Are You Eating Fake Foods?

For many generations, we Americans have all too often relied on food manufacturers to provide us with convenience foods. Whether the food is prepackaged, pre-sliced, pre-cooked or any other convenience, generally the more processed food is, the less ‘real’ it is.
